Many home buyers look at "Days On Market", the average number of days a house is offered for sale before it sells, to spot changes in the Cupertino real estate market and looks like the right time is coming. Increasing "Days On Market" implies home buyers are not being as competitive to buy homes.

Anyhow the condo not only seats on the market for 65 days already, but the price was reduced recently from $950,000 to $945,800. It is not a bug change, but something is going on. May be Cupertino real estate is already shifting to buyer's market?
