Build, Baby, Build

New York Times writes about housing in San Francisco, while San Francisco's housing market is at a tipping point. Redfin reported last week that house prices in San Francisco fell for the first time in four years in March.

An activist who calls her group BARF is pushing for more housing,
pitting cranky homeowners and the political establishment against
newcomers who want the region to make room for them, too.

How many grocery or food delivery apps does the world need? The only thing that is certain, San Francisco will always be in demand.
