Bay Area home resales fell sharply in February

Median house prices also dipped below $1 million in San Francisco on a 25 percent drop in sales. It was the first year-over-year decline since February 2012, but LePage cautioned that it could be a one-time blip
reports San Jose Mercury News. I am still monitoring prices of houses around Bay Area and a lot that I have seen are still getting bid up from their initial price to their buying price. A lot of people are dropping out of market. Even if there ends up being a housing market crash, prices will still be overpriced.
