There are several resedential development projects kicking off in 2013 in Downtown San Jose.

  • Saint James Towers – by KT Properties, St. James, San Pedro, St. John and Terraine streets, 612 units, 20- and 22-story parallel towers, 15,000 square feet retail.


  • North San Pedro – by Intracorp Companies / North San Pedro Townhomes, LLC, 195 W. Julian St. at Terraine and Bassett streets, 6 stories, 408 units, no retail.


  • Centerra – by Simeon Residential Properties, Almaden Avenue and Carlysle Street, 21 stories, 347 units, 7,000 square feet of retail.


  • One South Market – by KT Properties, Essex Trust, Inc., and Spring Capital Group, 1 S. Market St., 23 stories, 312 units, 6,000 square feet retail.


  • The Pierce – by Sares Regis Group of Northern California and Steinberg Architects, Pierce, South Market and West Reed streets, 7 stories, 235 units, 9,400 square feet commercial.


  • Parkview Towers – by Barry Swenson Builder, First, Second, St. James and Devine streets, 18 stories, 197 units, 5,000 square feet retail.


  • Marshall Squares property – by Fairfield Residential, First, Second and St. John streets, 7 stories, 195 units, retail to be determined.


  • Post and San Pedro Tower – by DiNapoli Capital Partners, Post and San Pedro streets, 19 stories, 156 units, 7,000 square feet retail.


  • Civic Center – by Symphony Development, Santa Clara, Fourth and Fifth streets, 7 stories, 127 units of student housing, no retail.


  • Balbach Condominiums – by SiliconSage Builders, 180 Balbach St., 4 stories, 100 units, minimal retail.
