Most expensive home in Bay Area

The seats for San Francisco 49ers' new stadium in Santa Clara are on sale and the most expensive club seats near the 50-yard line, cost $80,000 for rights to each seat with season tickets $3,750.

Let's do math! The seating area is approximately 2 square feet and it means that price for one square foot is $40,000, while Yuri paid just $4,000 per square foot for his Los Altos Hills home. In other words the most expensive home in Los Altos would cost one billion dollars, if someone would pay the same price per square foot.
