Plant 51 San Jose

Santa Clara County's economy used to orbit around agriculture. Now it is better known as Silicon Valley. Only one of the many fruit packaging plant has been rehabilitated as Plant 51 San Jose - the 265-unit loft and condo project located across from the Diridon Station, which serves VTA, Amtrak and CalTrain in downtown San Jose. Also within blocks from Plant 51 are downtown San Jose, HP Pavilion, San Pedro Square, the Guadalupe River Park Trail and the farmers market. Even San Francisco is located on less than one hour by Caltrain's Baby Bullet express trains from Diridon Station.

Plant 51 San Jose conversion project has been delayed for two years, sold from Centex Homes developer to Brooks Street, deposits from around seventy initial home buyers were returned. The units are now priced for approximately twenty percent less than the original price.
