Three Sixty Residences San Jose

Located in the heart of Downtown San Jose at 360 S. Market Street, Three Sixty Residences San Jose condo complex developed by Mesa SoFA Partners consists of a new 24-story concrete high-rise tower, with 213 residential units, 11,200 square feet of commercial area on ground flour, and 242 parking spaces. 207 out of 213 units will be 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms condos and six will be penthouses. Three Sixty Residences is scheduled to be completed by spring 2009. Initial pricing started for 1 bedroom low $500,000 795-1,389 sq. ft.; 2 bedroom high $700,000; 1,259-1,825 sq. ft.; 3 bedroom 1.5 million 1,778 sq. ft.; penthouse 3.5 million 2,690 – 3,440 sq. ft.
