Vantage Palo Alto
Vantage Palo Alto townhouses are at 928 East Meadow Drive built in the Eichler style by Warmington Homes developer. Each new Vantage home has solar panels, tankless water heaters, and a dualflush option for toilets to conserve Bay Area water. The prices are from about $850,000 up to $1,100,000. Homeowner's Association (HOA) fees for Vantage of Palo Alto expected to be around $250 per month.
