Bedford Square Mountain View

Facing highway 237 and just in walking distance from VeriSign and Symantec headquarters, developer Pulte Homes has created Bedford Square Mountain View a well-desined community featuring 106 townhouses on 5.7 acres of the land originally designated for industrial use. Every home has three levels and a two-car garage. The prices range from $660,000 with two bedrooms and two and a half baths to $780,000 with three bedrooms and three and a half baths. First residents will move into brand new homes in the early August 2007. Pulte Homes Bedford Square community features a pool, spa, clubhouse and nice barbecue area.

Bedford Square Mountain View

Bedford Square lies within the Mountain View-Whisman and Mountain View-Los Altos Union High school districts. In December 2006 school district revised the border of school district for 2007-2008 Enrollment. Based on changes the kids from Bedford Square community will attend the following schools Landels Elementary school (API 817), Crittenden Middle School (API 726) and Mountain View High School (API 827). All three schools would require transportations from home like school bus or own car, because the closest school Landels located on 1.5 miles and distance to the Crittenden - 3.2 miles, Mountain View High - 4.1 miles.

Without a doubt Bedford Square residents have outstanding access to the VTA light rail system. To reach downtown San Jose, a passenger has to endure a one hour ride with 25 intermediate stops, perhaps homeowners would have more reason to travel on the VTA to Mountain View Downtown. The trip takes only five minutes, and visitors will find a remarkable selection of restaurants within three blocks of the rail station. Once at the Mountain View station, a resident could jump to CalTrain and be in San Francisco in 50 minutes or in San Jose in 15 minutes, thanks to the CalTrain’s Baby Bullet service.

The Pulte Homes website misprinted the address of Bedford Square sales office and gives as 264 Furguson, Mountain View, but the correct location would be 264 Ferguson Drive, Mountain View, CA 94043 (note the street name).
